(Highland, CA) – The James Ramos for State Assembly campaign announced he has secured the endorsement of the brave men and women of San Bernardino County Professional Firefighters, International Association of Fire Firefighters Local 935.
During his time on the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors and in the State Legislature, James Ramos has championed issues important to firefighters.
“Firefighters can count on Assemblyman James Ramos. He continues to fight for the resources and tools we need to keep Californians safe,” said Jim Grigoli, President of San Bernardino County Professional Firefighters, International Association of Fire Firefighters Local 935.
With over 100 years of service to the communities within San Bernardino County, the San Bernardino County Professional Firefighters, International Association of Fire Firefighters Local 935 represent the men and women of the San Bernardino County Firefighters and the affiliate membership of Colton, Loma Linda, Big Bear, and Montclair Fire.

Ramos, the first California Native American to serve in the California State Assembly, was elected to represent residents of the 40th District on November 6, 2018, after serving as a San Bernardino County Supervisor for six years.
Assemblymember James C. Ramos, a lifelong resident of the San Manuel Indian Reservation in San Bernardino County, is a member of the Serrano/Cahuilla tribe.
